Snehadhara children are really going places! We took our overnighter programme to yet another level with a visit to the Musical Fountain this Friday. The children and adults had a lovely time at the Fountain, including a picnic dinner in the park before returning to the Centre, triumphant and tired! Here are some of the snapshots of how the visit went.

Sahana, Toorna and Keerthi or the TIGER group as they called themselves, ready as ever to be photographed!

Emil's first outdoor and overnighter with Snehadhara. Took to it like a veteran!

Buddy pair of Rahul and Aarav. Rahul, pondering  a quicker way for Aarav to finish his snack!

Tukio had its next successful run on the 23rd and 24th of January. The intent of the session this weekend was to create an environment in which the children support each other and themselves.

We looked for:
a. More involvement with the others
b. Independence in eating and dressing up
c. Help with fixing poles and pitching tents
d. More time to themselves
e. Supporting each other and helping each other
f. Exposure to different environment and night camping experience
g. Star Gazing
h. Gentleness and love towards an animal – rabbits.

All of this and more unfolded, and as always the children surprised us.

Thank you Outlife and Ashwini Raju for getting the children to see 'in' side of life.
